Clip Download is intended for public social video URLs that you have the right to access and download. You are responsible for how you use any downloaded media.

Do not use the service for private, restricted, unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Sora, and other services are third-party platforms. Clip Download is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.

Those platforms may change access rules, page formats, rate limits, or media availability at any time.

Self-hosted deployments may configure server-side Facebook cookies only for media the operator owns or has explicit permission to archive.

Do not use admin archive mode to access private, restricted, unlawful, rights-infringing, or unauthorized content, and do not collect social account cookies from visitors.

We may change, pause, or remove features as provider behavior, security needs, or infrastructure requirements change.

Downloads and share links may fail when upstream content is unavailable, blocked, malformed, expired, or unsupported.

Share links are designed as convenience links for supported public URLs. Do not place confidential or sensitive URLs into the service.

Links may be stored temporarily, encoded inline, or backed by Cloudflare KV depending on the deployed environment.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect provider compatibility, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clip Download is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service.
